Lupita Claudia is licensed in the State of Arizona. I started as a transaction coordinator in 2001 then in 2004 acquired my real estate license. In 2007, I decided to learn in depth about the mortgage piece of the process. Worked for a well known mortgage company and originated many loans. I understand the loan process very well. In 2008 went back to selling homes. In October of 2011 stopped to obtain my homeowners insurance license. I am once again, back on the field buying and selling real estate. I obtained my broker’s license in January 2022, I told myself, never, but here I am. I am readily available for my agents and ready to help them succeed and overcome obtacles. I’m a proud Arizona Native. I understand how the market changes and what impact it has on homeowners. I am very passionate about my work.
